Eduardo Lopez, co-director and producer of Harvest of Empire, the documentary based on the book by renowned journalist, writer and activist Juan Gonzalez, will be visiting Maria DiFrancesco's ICSM (Exile, Immigration and Terror: The Spanish-Speaking World) on Wednesday Sept. 18th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the Taughannock Falls Meeting Room of the Campus Center. Although officially a class visit, faculty and students interested in the topic of immigration, particularly immigration from the Spanish-speaking world to the United States, are welcome to come to the presentation and to participate in the ensuing dialog. Mr. Lopez will show some clips from the documentary and be available to answer questions from audience members. Attendance is limited to 50, so please RSVP to Tina Bennett by 4:00 p.m., Monday Sept. 16th if you would like to attend.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Tina Bennett at firstname.lastname@example.org (425 Muller). We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
