While there is no obligation to do so, there has never been a better time to join than now. And Weight Watchers has made it so simple with the introduction of Simple Start, a 2-week plan that includes meal and snack ideas, recipes, a shopping list, and even cooking tips—everything needed to experience immediate success. Meeting members receive a 40-page, full color booklet with lots of photos to guide them through the process. And since January 1st, current members have already seen results!
