Well, you can. All members of the Ithaca College community are welcome to visit a meeting anytime.

Where: Peggy Williams Center, Room GL052

When: Tuesdays

Times: 11:15am - 12:00pm
                           or

12:15pm - 1:00pm

Bring your lunch, if you’d like, and sit in on a meeting.

While there is no obligation to do so, there has never been a better time to join than now. And Weight Watchers has made it so simple with the introduction of Simple Start, a 2-week plan that includes meal and snack ideas, recipes, a shopping list, and even cooking tips—everything needed to experience immediate success. Meeting members receive a 40-page, full color booklet with lots of photos to guide them through the process. And since January 1st, current members have already seen results!

Are you wondering whether you should join? Weight Watchers has just been ranked by U.S. News and World Report—for the fourth consecutive year—as the #1 Best Weight Loss Diet! And the program is being offered right here on campus! Do you need some motivation to join and/or keep going? Please take a moment to visit the Community Message Boards at www.weightwatchers.com and read the thread titled What brought us here, and why do we stay?. Chances are that you’ll find someone with a story similar to your own.

If you decide that you want to join us, you can find registration information in the Intercom announcement dated 1/12/2014. Don’t hesitate to contact our meeting leader, Samarra Mbenga, at 718-350-6095 or samarram@gmail.com with any questions or concerns that you may have.

Make yourself a priority this year. With the support of all the Weight Watchers tools available—right here on campus—you can learn how to finally take control.

See you on Tuesday?

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Christine Haase at haase@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-1378. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
