Beginning in Fall 2006, all residence halls and apartments at Ithaca College became smoke free. Students may not smoke in their individual room/apartment or anywhere inside the building including in its lounges and on its balconies.

The Circle Apartments offer our students an independent living opportunity in an on-campus residential environment. Circle Apartments accommodate 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 students in spacious, fully-furnished, air-conditioned, carpeted, private-entrance units with convenient parking within a short distance of the Academic Quad.

The Circle Apartment complex includes the Circles Community Building. It contains a fitness facility, a secure mail room, a self-service laundry facility, and other amenities.
