18-25 Check-in for Circle Apartments (Circles Community Building 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
23 Fall Early Arrival List closes at 4:00 p.m. (requests no longer considered)
25 Check-in for all New Students, New Transfers and Garden Apartment Residents (9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
25 Fall Wait Lists available at the Office of Residential Life.
26 Room Freeze begins (no room changes allowed for 2 weeks)
26 Check in for all other returning residents.
30 Room/Apartment Condition Reports due by 11:59 p.m.

September 2013
02 Labor Day (Residential Life Central and Area offices are closed, but the Circles office will remain open).
04 RA process re-opens for Spring Semester 2014 RA position vacancies
09  Fall Wait Lists due by 5:00 p.m.
10 Room Freeze ends.
13 Roommate Agreements are due.

October 2013
17-20 Fall Break (all Residence Halls will remain open and staffed throughout the break with residents able to remain on campus).
28 Off Campus Process for Fall 2014 begins at 12:01 a.m.

November 2013
01 Off Campus Process for Fall 2014 ends at 5:00 a.m.
05 Off Campus approvals communicated
20 Thanksgiving Break Occupancy form due by 11:59 p.m.
23 Residence Halls close for Thanksgiving Break at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
28-29 Thanksgiving Holiday (Residential Life Central and Area Offices are closed with the Circles Office remaining open).

December 2013
01 Residence Halls reopen at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
02 Winter Break Vacancy forms available at 9:00 a.m.
02 Fall Wait Lists expire at 5:00 p.m.
02 RA Applications available for Fall 2014 process.
09 Room Freeze begins
18 Winter Break Occupancy form due by 11:59 p.m.
19 Winter Break Vacancy Form due by 5:00 p.m.
20 Housing Preferences due by 5:00 p.m. (for new students and for any students returning to campus for SP '14)
21 Residence Halls close for Winter Break at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
24-31 Winter Break Holiday (Residential Life Central and Area offices are closed; Circles office closed only on December 25th).
