RESIDENCE HALLS
garden apartments

to see where a building is located,
try our campus map:

The Garden Apartments are configured to house 2, 4, or 6 students and are ideal for students who desire alternatives to a traditional residence hall experience. Each apartment contains a small kitchen, bathroom, and living/sleeping area (4- and 6-person apartments have separate double-bedrooms on their second floor). Ground floor apartments have patios. Upper floor apartments have balconies.

Apartment kitchens are complete with cabinets, range, refrigerator, microwave, and sink, but students should plan to bring their own cookware, plateware, silverware, and cleaning supplies. Apartment bathrooms are furnished with a shower curtain.

Charcoal grills are permitted but can only be used a minimum of 20 feet away from all buildings. Charcoal and lighter fluid cannot be stored in the building.

Students living in Garden Apartments are not assigned a meal plan, although meal plans are available if desired through the Bursar's office. The Garden Apartments are open during break periods during the academic year but are not available during the summer.
