On turning in their keys to an office staff member, students will sign the key record form to indicate the keys were returned. Failure to return room keys will result in a recore charge being assessed.
- Escorted Checkout: Students will need to contact their RD prior to May 7th to schedule an appointment for a walk-through of their room, suite, or apartment. Based upon staff availability, a member of professional staff will inspect the room, suite or apartment for damaged or missing property using the RCR/ACR, and will indicate which items for which the student will be billed (students will only be billed for any item(s) noted during this checkout). Once the inspection is complete, the student will turn in his or her keys to the RD and will sign the key record form indicating that their keys were returned.
