Priorities for 2023-24 Academic Year
- Fully staff Center with HR co-lead.

Advocate for and secure resources to support the work of the Center.

Collaborate across campus to pursue equity for Ithaca College students, faculty and staff; strategize for achieving equity throughout the College.
- Advise on matters of equity, inclusion and belonging for students, faculty and staff, connecting the Center to the broader body of work of Ithaca College.
Specific Tasks for 2023-24 Academic Year
- Lead Campus Climate Study
- Plan and implement the Council of Independent Colleges grant through a community book read of "The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ’ People in the Cayuga Lake Region: A Brief History" by Kurt A. Jordan. Nov 9th 5:30-7:00 Emerson Suites.
- Plan and implement new/existing DEIB programmatic efforts, including Narrative 4 pilot, Orientation DEIB conference day, Fall 2023 Sand Mandala creation/dissolution
- Continue leading inclusive hiring workshops
- And additional priorities specific to each Center co-lead
