I support campus departments in outreach and recruiting prospective employees, and advise and consult with supervisors and search chairs on the recruitment and selection process.  I help with planning and participating in outreach activities and programs designed to market and promote Ithaca College’s employment opportunities.   I also manage the temporary administrative support pool, to help departments across campus fill their temporary support needs.

I have been in the Human Resources field since 1993, and part of Ithaca College since 1997.
