I have had the pleasure of working in the Office of Human Resources at Ithaca College for over 25 years having started my career in July of 1989. Over the years, I have held several positions within the Office with my current role being the Director of Compensation and Workforce Planning.
In my current role, I provide leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of a competitive compensation plan and structure for staff and administration. I lead efforts to align the needs and priorities of the College with those of the workforce through the development of organizational structures, defining positions, assessing knowledge, skills, and the abilities needed to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Although, ensuring competitive pay practices, strategic workforce planning & analysis is challenging and complex, I am fortunate. I am fortunate to be able to work with a team that is highly skilled and committed to working with professionals at the college.
