I started my career at Ithaca College in the summer of 1994.
My current role affords me the opportunity to provide leadership in the overall planning, direction, and delivery of the College's employee benefits programs. These programs are constantly changing to address the individual needs of the College's more than 1300 eligible employees.
Ensuring a first-class benefits program is no small task so I consider myself fortunate to work very closely with other total rewards and HR professionals who share my passion for ensuring quality and innovative programs. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business. More recently I have been awarded the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), cosponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Programs and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
