In the Employee Relations and Diversity unit of the Office of Human Resources we work with staff, supervisors, faculty and administrators on a variety of workplace matters. Ithaca College is a dynamic workplace for approximately 1,400 faculty, staff and administrators providing educational, developmental and residential services to nearly 7,000 students.
