Lunch and Learns and Break for Breakfasts are monthly educational workshops that connect you to hot topics which bring awareness or provide support to you around the integration of work and life. These monthly sessions and tips will offer healthy ways to help integrate your work and life by providing information through education, reminders, inspiration, awareness, resources and more! Be sure to look for Work/Life Lines too! These are monthly tips published via Intercom.
