At the August 21 all-College staff meeting, President Tom Rochon identified a challenge for all staff to sit down with their supervisors to have a goal-setting conversation by October 31, 2008. The purpose of this goal-setting conversation is to decide what each employee and department's key accomplishments should be in the coming year.
The ninth cohort of LeaderShip participants completed the year-long program with a celebration on April 2, 2008. The select group of 23 engaged in 14 learning workshops designed to build leadership capacities in an ever-changing work world.
