Our Online Employment System is Undergoing an Upgrade!
Ithaca College’s online employment system, PeopleAdmin, will be upgrading in April. This new version will have more options and flexibility, such as reporting, email communication, managing searches, and creating recruitment requests from job descriptions for staff positions.
In order to complete this process, the online employment system (accessed through www.icjobs.org/hr) will be taken off line beginning at 6 p.m., Monday, April 16, and will be brought back up by 9:00 a.m., Thursday, April 19, with the new version in place.
Email communication has already been sent to users with current searches underway. In addition to these specific training sessions, we will be offering drop in hours in the HR PC Training Room, located in Room 054 on the Garden Level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center on the following dates (there is no RSVP needed):
- Monday, April 23 – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, April 24 – 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 26 – 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, April 27 – 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Because the system will be unavailable beginning end of day April 16 through 9:00 a.m. April 19, we encourage departments to complete all in-process activity prior to the 16th. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact the Office of Human Resources at 274-8000.
