IMPORTANT: What you need in order to work!

Federal guidelines require all employees complete an I-9 employment eligibility verification form in order to work at Ithaca College. This paperwork MUST be completed IN OUR OFFICE. Below are is list of common types of identification that come through our office: 

1. An ORIGINAL, UNEXPIRED U.S. Passport
   OR
2. An ORIGINAL Social Security Card + an UNEXPIRED Photo ID
   OR
3. An ORIGINAL Birth Certificate + an UNEXPIRED Photo ID

Don't have any of the above?  Don't stress, there is a full list of acceptable forms of identification provided below.  If you have further questions about this process, please give us a call.

Earnings

Students are paid every two weeks, usually by direct deposit to a designated bank account anywhere in the United States. Students who do not enroll in direct deposit will be issued a check that will be mailed to their on-campus or local address on pay day. The money earned by students is NOT credited to their IC account. Students will earn at least New York State minimum wage of $7.25 an hour (federal minimum wage as of July 24, 2009).
