Jon Russo ’20

Jon Russo ’20 is the Director of Recruitment and Development at Northwestern Mutual– a financial security firm that provides consultation on wealth and asset protection, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust, estate planning and more! As he progressed in his role over the past 2 years at NM, he has handled full-cycle recruitment as well as assisted in the onboarding and development of individuals who are hired on a Wealth Management Advisor Track. He works with students, career changers, and individuals who look for autonomy in their careers. Aside from providing valuable careers to driven individuals, he is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at his office. In Jon’s free time he enjoys cooking and making time each year to travel!
