Lisa Famularo '16

Lisa Famularo (she/her) is a 2016 grad from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and concentration in Management. After graduation, Lisa attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2018. Lisa currently works as a career coach in the University of Connecticut Center for Career Development, where her role is split between coaching students during 1-on-1 appointments, planning and executing events, and collaborating with faculty and staff across campus to prepare students for life post-graduation. Lisa is very passionate about equity and inclusion and has been the chair of her department's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the past two years. Outside of work, Lisa volunteers as a recruiter for Novelly, an ed-tech nonprofit dedicated to amplifying diverse youth voices, travels around to as many escape rooms as possible, and is an avid soccer player.
