Megan Leon is a 2019 graduate from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and concentration in Management. She had minors in Communication Management and Design as well as Education Studies. Megan combined her business foundation, passion for communications and her love for helping people grow and decided to pursue a career in human capital consulting. In her role, she unlocks the potential of people and of organizations by working with business and HR leaders on their company’s transformation strategies. Megan is also completing her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University in the Summer of 2023.
