Becoming a PA would mean that I could maintain a sense of versatility. Taking elements of many specialties such as emergency medicine, cardiology, and even psychiatry and applying them to a single situation is nothing short of exhilarating. I chose Ithaca College because they offer substantial support to their student base, providing them the tools needed for success. In addition to the high quality of support services, Ithaca College is a leader in maintaining a diverse community and supporting the mental health of the students. I am most looking forward to honing my clinical prowess and learning more about the human body. The desire to change the world around me, taking into account the ideals of Ithaca College, has been my impetus for becoming a PA today.
