I want to be a PA because I believe representation matters. Being a PA allows me to have lateral mobility and advocate for my future patients. I chose the Ithaca College PA Program because of its mission and core values which is to educate, engage, and empower physician assistant learners to become a competent PA and have exemplary professional performance in the communities we serve. Also, the strong emphasis on being a servant leader. I am looking forward to becoming a competent PA student to provide the best care which will also enable me to advocate and better serve patients as a future PA.
