1. Fill out the form below with the information for your event. The form is submitted to the Community Engagement Assistant. The Community Engagement Assistant will acknowledge the receipt of your request within one business day and may contact you with further questions to clarify your needs.
2. The Community Engagement Assistant will reach out to the appropriate students, ensembles, or professors to find musicians that meet your criteria.
3. You will be contacted by the Community Engagement Assistant regarding the status of your request within a week of your submission.
4. Once a student or ensemble has been found the Community Engagement Assistant will place the requestor in contact with the student representative to make the final arrangements and negotiate fees, if applicable.
