This form should only be used for submitting revisions to the Ithaca College Policy Manual. If a new policy needs to be added, please notify the Office of the General Counsel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure you:
- Submit revisions for only one policy per form submission.
- Complete the form in its entirety.
- Copy the policy section from the online policy manual and paste it into a Word document.
- Email the revision document as an attachment. Please attach the Word document to an email, marking all changes to the policy with the Track Changes feature. (Note: This step is in addition to submitting the form, linked below.)
