Program Information

Ages: 14-18, this program is available to students who are entering grades 9, 10, 11, or 12.
Overview: This Academy offers music students the opportunity to work with renowned Ithaca College faculty in a challenging yet supportive environment. Students will participate in large ensembles, chamber ensembles, masterclasses, and an array of music related experiences to prepare students to enter college, while earning credit.

Dates and Deadlines:
- By January 1: Application opens.
- February 1: Deadline for early application discount ($200).
- April 1: Regular application deadline (applications submitted after this will be accepted on a space-available basis).
- June 1: All forms (if not submitted before) & final payment due.
Notification
Applicants will be notified of acceptance via e-mail and will be admitted on a rolling basis until each ensemble is filled. Upon two weeks of acceptance, a $500 tuition deposit is due to hold your spot in the program. Payment in full must be received by June 1. Financial aid is available for qualifying families, by completing the Financial Aid form within Campminder by April 1st.
