Marie Walton

This award is presented to a sophomore student identified as an emerging leader in Student Affairs & Campus Life who demonstrates commitment to and engagement in many areas of the college. Marie started her role with NSTP as a New Student Transition Ambassador and has developed as a strong leader on campus in her role. Marie works diligently to help students transition into and throughout their college experience. Most recently, Marie has stepped up and has continued to provide opportunities for engagement for her peers. From hosting a weekly book club and quarantine cooking Marie has continually strived for excellence as she is committed to helping the IC community connect and engage as we all transition to learning and engaging virtually. Thank you Marie for all that you have done and we cannot wait to see you continue to excel during your time at Ithaca College!
