After 17 years of in-person Veterans Day celebrations, Ithaca College will host its first-ever virtual celebration on Nov. 11 to honor veteran staff, faculty and students who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States.
This year’s celebration will include a live event at 6 p.m. with music, a history of Veterans Day, and ideas on how to say “Thank You” to Veterans in your life. Register to join the celebration. Visit the Veterans Day Celebration website to find additional virtual events across the country, featuring parades, film festivals, special veteran guest speakers and museum tours.
There is also a Virtual Thank You Wall, where community members can leave a personalized note of appreciation for the Veterans in your life.
