Laura Davis transitioned to her new role as Assistant Dean for Student Life and Engagement in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Campus Life on October 1, 2025.
In this capacity, Laura takes on a significant portion of the portfolio of the former Executive Director for Student Affairs and Campus Life. This includes: strategic planning initiatives, budget support, and representation on cross divisional committees. She will now also provide supervisory support to the Office of Student Engagement, the Office of New Student and Transition Programs, the Campus Center, and aspects of SACL divisional communications. This role allows for Laura to bring her deep experience, strategic vision, and commitment to student life into a broader scope of leadership within the Division and the Vice President’s Office.
Prior to this new position, Laura served as the Director for Residential Life and Student Conduct and Community Standards, beginning during the 2022-23 academic year. In that capacity, Laura oversaw all aspects of Residential Life and Student Conduct on campus.
