Competition

Teams of three to five will compete in a series of 10 "Minute to Win It"-style events featuring trivia and entertainment. Contestants earn points for their team by competing in various events. The prize pool will be donated to a charity fo the winning team's choosing. Previous years teams played on behalf of organizations such as the SPCA, Loaves and Fishes, and the Sciencenter. Each team's registration fee is $25 and each peson on the team will receive an official I Love IC Week t-shirt.

Test your professional skills through our hiring simulation. Ithaca Inc., a fictional media company, is looking to hire 'employees' like you! Apply for the Advertising Sales Associate, Financial Analyst, HR Specialist, and Social Media Strategist positions.

To sign up, apply for the position you're interested in with your resume and cover letter. Applications will be through a form on IABC's Engage site. Then, attend the event where you'll interview for a job and receive immediate feedback.

Information Technology is excited to host our 2nd annual single-elimination Mario Kart Tournament!

The event will have free food, board games, virtual reality games and demos, retro video games, live music performed by the IC Gamer Symphony Orchestra, and more!

If you're into games and need a new challenge, come to SAB's first ever Escape Room! Make sure you sign up before the event on our Facebook page or we will be tabling for the event next Thursday and Friday in Campus Center. Participants range from 1-5 people at a time, so you can come alone and challenge yourself or come in a group of friends.

Head to IC Square on Friday, September 13th from 8-11pm for trivia and board games! We will play several rounds throughout the night, with an opportunity to win a prize in every round! Trivia will cover a variety of topics and folks will play as individuals. There will also be snacks provided including spinach & artichoke dip, veggie pot stickers, and brownies. See you there!

Register as a team or as an individual to get to work building innovative applications for good. This year’s event has three main thrusts:

Tools that innovate on problems facing society Tools that create new ways to interact with the community Tools that solve systemic issues Bring ideas, large and small, meet people, professionally and casually, and come join us for a 24 hour non-stop event. There will be free food, coffee, and Monster to keep you and your team on track to build something great!

The 2019 New Play Incubator provides the opportunity for aspiring playwright to workshop and develop their work as they compete for the Golden Egg in-front of the special distinguished guest judge, Chiori Miyagawa (America Dreaming, I Have Been to Hiroshima Mon Amour, Antigone Project).
