Veterans’ Services, a unit within the Office of the Registrar, assists veterans of the United States armed forces, reservists, and dependents of disabled or deceased veterans applying for and receiving education benefits in compliance with the regulations of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We support the College’s mission by serving students in a timely, informed, and courteous manner. Holley Westbrook, the VA certifying official at Ithaca College, serves as the liaison between the College and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and is responsible for processing requests for veterans’ benefits and verifying student enrollment to the VA. Certification includes the following:

  • Dates of enrollment
  • Total number of credit hours enrolled in
  • Change in enrollment status
  • Change of degree program
  • Transfer from another institution
  • Progress toward degree
