Andrée Mastrosimone, president and owner of Calm & Sense Communications, Ltd. has 30 years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, specifically in the areas of strategic planning, executive coaching, copywriting/speechwriting, creative direction, and project/media production management. Founded in 1992, her company is a NYS-Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and specializes in the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that align with and support an organization’s business goals.

Calm & Sense Communications’ clients include major corporations and institutions such as Anheuser-Busch, Bausch Health, Constellation Brands, Eastman Kodak Company, Gates Corporation, Garth Fagan Dance, RF Harris, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority, Rochester Regional Health, Sage Rutty & Company, TriHealth, and Wegmans. Since 2000, Calm & Sense has been recognized with more than 50 local, national, and international industry awards for its work.

Prior to owning her own business, Mastrosimone worked for Eastman Kodak Company (1988–92) in various marketing and employee communications positions. She was promoted annually and became the youngest manager in the Communications & Public Affairs division at Kodak, reporting two levels below the CEO of the company.
