Instructional Designer at Spotify

Eric Poandl is a specialist in designing corporate training using new technologies such as e-Learning as well as conventional instructor-led training. His first job out of college was as a Learning Designer and Developer at Affiliates Risk Management Services (ARMS) in New York City. He developed e-Learning and m-Learning courses, instructor-led training and performance support, presentations, newsletters, and graphics and researched industry trends and innovations related to online learning for healthcare providers.

He then took a similar job at the corporate headquarters of the Vitamin Shoppe and is now an instructional designer at Spotify. 

While at Ithaca College, Poandl was a teaching assistant for CMD classes and a technology and media specialist for Project Look Sharp, where he was responsible for cataloging, editing, and distributing all media clips that are associated with the teaching kits they design for high school media literacy instruction. He also maintained the website and regulated Project Look Sharp's online presence.
