Assist the theatre arts management area faculty, staff, and students in design, to market the theatre season.


  • Preference will be given to students with Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing, who have an established design portfolio for the performing arts
  • Proficiency in the use of Photoshop for design
  • Must be available to work up to 6 hours per week and to attend weekly Theatre Arts Management marketing meetings, as well as attendance at design and/or production meetings
  • Excellent communications skills across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the conceptualization and production of design materials for the TAM area including marketing for the theatre season, front of house signage, ticketing, opening night reception invitations, and design of other collateral as needed
  • Coordinate with TAM marketing team leas to adhere to the brand, marketing plan, and specific production and promotional deadlines
  • Advise the design of promotional displays
  • Coordinate promotional design with production design
  • Use the IC Duplicating Center and track costs throughout the semester
  • Report expenses and turn in all receipts to the TAM marketing team lead
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Marketing Team
  • Other duties as assigned

Hours: up to 6 hours per week
