Covering the 50th Anniversary of MLK's Assassination 

A team of 12 students traveled to Memphis March 31-April 4, 2018 to report on events commemorating the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination.

During the four-week course, students serve as foreign correspondents by working with interpreters while reporting about the Marche region of Italy.

A team of 10 Ithaca students reported on the inauguration of Donald Trump for PBS NewsHour's website and social media. 

Students Cover Presidential Primary for NBC News

My colleague James Rada and I coordinated this project. Our team provided content for NBC News's broadcast, digital, and social media platforms. We even took over the network's Snapchat and the NBCBLK Instagram. 

Mobile and Social Media Journalism -- Ithaca week
