Dr. Paula Ioanide brings ten years of consulting, facilitation, and research experience on improving equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Her goal is to help organizations recruit and retain diverse employees, maintain fair hiring practices, and eliminate biases that hinder workplace excellence, innovation, and productivity.

Known for her research-based, engaging and interactive style, Ioanide views the work of building equity, diversity and inclusion as a journey that requires awareness, compassion, and commitment. She specializing in addressing equity issues related to race, gender, sexual orientation, and nationality.
