Supervise Tessitura CRM-based box office, mentor student-led marketing team for productions, manage degree program budget ($25,000+) and financial reporting to Coordinator of Theatre Operations, and liaise with Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium (PRAC) regarding Tessitura database.
- Co-authored revised NYSED-approved undergraduate theatre administration curriculum, in collaboration with program faculty and college administration
- Revised ticket pricing structure based upon current market trends, increasing sales revenue by $20,000+
- Reimplemented Tessitura CRM platform, launched TNEW (TN Express Web) online ticketing application, and implemented mobile and Print-at-Home tickets
- Reestablished marketing relationships with Ithaca College community, local organizations, and media outlets
