Alicia is a sociologist and the Associate Director of Evaluation and Planning for the HRSA-funded University of California San Francisco Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program. Her work focuses on demonstrating improved care and wellbeing for older adults and their caregivers through interorganizational collaboration that provides educational and other interventions with health and human service providers, as well as patients, clients, families and direct care workers.
