IC Inform
Raise Concerns. Receive Care.
Ithaca College is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment—but we can’t address concerns we don’t know about. That’s why your decision to report matters. Whether you’ve experienced or witnessed something concerning, taking the time to speak up helps ensure that the right support and resources are provided. Reporting can be the first step in helping yourself or someone else access the care, guidance, and assistance they may need. It also allows the college to take meaningful steps to address issues and prevent future harm. We all share responsibility for the well-being of our community—reporting is one way you can help make Ithaca College safer for everyone.
Find reporting options, support resources, and guidance if you or someone you know has experienced:
Includes incidents that negatively target an individual or group due to race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, age, or disability.
Includes any behavior that causes harm, intimidation, humiliation, or coerces someone to participate in unwanted or unsafe activities.
Includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, stalking, or discrimination/misconduct based on gender or sexual identity.
Includes any illegal activity—such as theft, assault, arson, or vandalism—that occurs on campus property or during college-sponsored events.
Includes any conditions that pose a risk of injury, illness, or harm, such as unsafe facilities or exposure to hazardous materials.
Includes any behavior that violates institutional policies or professional standards, such as misuse of resources, conflicts of interest, or other similar conduct.

This quick and easy decision tree will guide you to the right campus resource—fast. Just answer a few simple questions, and you’ll be pointed to the most effective support tool or service, whether the need is academic, personal, or professional. It’s designed to take the guesswork out of referrals, so every student gets the right help, right when they need it.
Ithaca College does accept anonymous reports. Those wishing to report anonymously may submit any of the linked forms without identifying information. However, it’s important to note that the College can address submissions most completely when we are able to communicate with the people reporting. The benefits of direct reporting include a greater ability for IC to understand the situation, provide resources, support, and options to those reporting, and to address the behavior fully and accurately.
