Employee Personal Information Data Review

As an annual practice, we ask all employees to validate or update their personal information in IC HR Cloud. This is an important to ensure records are up to date. Please take a moment to log into Finance and HR Cloud and complete the following steps. Detailed instructions can be found online through the IC HR Cloud Basic Introduction for Employees article and the Adding to Skills and Qualifications article.   

Update Personal Information:

Your personal information can be reviewed and updated by selecting Personal Information. Within Personal Information, you can review and update the following information:

Personal Details

  • Name Changes including legal and chosen first or last name updates
  • Demographic Information including marital status, race and ethnicity
  • Disability Information including voluntary self-identification 

Contact Information

  • Home Phone
  • Home and/or Mailing Address

Update Skills and Qualifications:

You are also able to review and update your educational information by selecting Skills and Qualifications.  Information that can be updated under Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Your Career Statement
  • Educational Degree information
  • License and Certification information
  • Honor and Awards
  • Languages
  • Memberships
  • Volunteer Services
  • Accomplishments
