You are invited to the closing poster session of the Ithaca College REU in Dynamical Systems taking place on the second floor of Williams Hall on Friday, July 29. Drop in anytime from 10-11am. Students will be presenting the results of their summer research on these projects: Modeling the evolution of dispersal strategies in ant-plant mutualisms; Biangles, triangles, and rectangles on surfaces of revolution; Pruned fractal trees - Properties of space-filling canopies. Refreshments will be served. Come learn about exciting new results at the interface of math, physics, and ecology.
