The IC Gerontology Institute is bringing the upcoming statewide discussion on loneliness and social isolation to Ithaca College.   The college community and public are invited to screen the new documentary "All the Lonely People" followed by a community discussion.

This is a statewide initiative sponsored by New York State's Office For the Aging (NYSOFA).

NYSOFA is working with the creators of "All the Lonely People", 24-NYS County Office For the Aging, and several community-based organizations to host nine live events across NYS.  Ithaca College will host the event for Cluster 7 (Chemung, Steuben, and Tompkins Counties).

Classes & community groups welcome!

This event consists of screening the documentary (69 Mins) and a facilitated dialog on the issues of loneliness and social isolation.

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend this important intergenerational dialog.
