Professor Emerita of Politics, Asma Barlas, participated in a community dialogue about the Qur'an's teachings on marriage and the family at the invitation of the Khadija-Mariyam Foundation, in Kerala, India, on November 14th, via Zoom. The Foundation, run mostly by women volunteers, is best known for building Kerala's first women-only mosque though it is also engaged in a broader and more ambitious program of social and educational reforms.
