Modern IV works with solo and group dances, incorporates improvisation and partnering, and explores an assortment of different modern choreography. Studying modern dance is a fantastic way to incorporate a physical practice in one's schedule, manage stress, and support one's creativity. This technique class aims to cultivate overall growth as a dancer. The vocabulary is distilled from an array of traditional and contemporary modern dance techniques and from universal folk movements. The class emphasizes skills and expression equally. The class seeks to support each student’s singular way of moving.
