The Office of Student Engagement would like to announce that the Associate Director for Student Involvement, Sarah Boniche, will be leaving Ithaca College effective the last day of classes, December 8, 2023. Sarah previously worked at IC as a Residence Director in 2018-2020 and was welcomed back in August 2022 to OSE. During her time in the role, she has supported OSE student organizations in their operations and collaborated with many campus partners on a wide range of programs and initiatives. Sarah led a re-design of the Student Activities Center, created a communication hub and workshops for student organization advisors, and developed processes to recognize new and returning student organizations. Sarah has advised a handful of large student organizations on campus, including Student Governance Council, Student Activities Board, and Bureau of Concerts. We are sure the students will miss her leadership and guidance.
Sarah’s innovative skills will be put to good use as she returns to work at SUNY Binghamton University, where she will lead project management for special initiatives with the Office of Residential Life.
