Share Your Insights on the Employee Performance Review Process

Dear Ithaca College Staff, 

We hope this message finds you well. As representatives from Ithaca College Staff Council, the Human Resources Department, and the Redefining Performance Review Committee, we are committed to continually improving our performance review process to better support our staff members. 

To achieve this goal, we invite you to participate in a brief survey that will help us gain valuable insights into your experiences and perspectives regarding the performance review process at Ithaca College. Your input is vital in helping us identify areas for enhancement and positive change. 

Your feedback will be anonymous and confidential, and your responses will only be used for the purpose of improving our performance review process. The survey covers various aspects of the review process, including time spent, understanding definitions of categories, and overall satisfaction with the process.  

We understand that your time is precious, but your input is crucial to ensure that the performance review system is fair, transparent, and beneficial to all staff members. The survey should take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. 

The deadline for completing the survey is December 15th ,so we kindly ask you to participate at your earliest convenience.
