Center for Theatre and Dance Professor Kathleen Mulligan's article "Playing Emily in India" was recently published in The Emily Dickinson International Society's Bulletin (Volume 35- Fall 2023.) The article follows Mulligan's journey with the solo show "The Belle of Amherst" (based on the life of Emily Dickinson) through Beirut, Ithaca, and finally northern India while on a Fulbright grant in spring 2023. Mulligan will perform "The Belle of Amherst" in Vientiane, Laos in March 2024 while a guest at the Vientiane International School.
