Athletic Training Students Present Research at Professional Conference

Athletic Training students Sophia Testani, Sal Tacconelli-Pinciotti, Brett Walters, and Bella Ruthig presented research projects at the Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association annual meeting and clinical symposium on January 6th.

Sophia, Sal, and Brett presented a poster of a critically appraised topic entitled, "Depression after Sport-related Concussion in Adolescent and Collegiate Athletes, A Partly Cloudy Forecast," with Patrick McKeon serving as their faculty advisor.

Bella presented a clinical CASE report entitled, "Gracilis Tear in a Collegiate Women's Soccer Goalie," with Courtney Gray serving as her faculty advisor and AT alum Dehron Smith (ICAT '23) as co-author.
