JED Campus Initiative's Stop and Breathe Week Events

Consider attending one of these programs to catch your breath before finals! Our wonderful program sponsors are offering an excellent array of events for your consideration. There is so much to choose from, for example: you can take a yoga class (note: be sure to register for Recreational Sports events at the links), try the OSE Scavenger Hunt on Instagram, attend the Sound Healing in Muller Chapel, or drop by the Center for Student Success for stress management drop-in sessions.

Some events will have a sign in sheet where you can register to win a prize from the Center for Health Promotion. We’ll also be monitoring engagement on the SACL Instagram for possible winners.

Unable to attend any programs in person? No problem. Check out our virtual hub of online wellness resources that include live animal cams, videos for visual relaxation, and creative virtual art activities.

A full list of events can be found  on the JED Campus Initiative's website.  A second list of events will be posted for Saturday, May 4th through Tuesday, May 7th. Stay tuned!
