As we gear up for our much-anticipated annual employee picnic, we have a special request that comes straight from the heart. Our dedicated dining/catering staff, who have tirelessly ensured that our campus events are well-catered and enjoyable, deserve a chance to partake in the fun too!
This year, we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to step in and serve food for a short period during the picnic. This gesture will allow our dining/catering staff to take a well-deserved break and enjoy the picnic alongside everyone else.

What’s Involved?
- Short Shifts: We’re organizing four 45-minute shifts so that everyone has plenty of time to enjoy the picnic. Shifts will overlap by 15 minutes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Simple Tasks: You’ll only be serving food —no cooking or preparation required.
- All Are Welcome: We encourage everyone to participate whether you’ve been here 50 years or a recent hire, faculty, or staff.
