Jim Nolan has held executive positions with a number of consumer product businesses during his lengthy career, including PepsiCo, Sara Lee, and YoCrunch Yogurt. He retired in 2017 from his position of executive vice president of Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU), the U.S. subsidiary of Mexico's Grupo Bimbo, one of the top commercial bakers in the world. He earned his BS in health education (teaching), and has served the college as a member of the President’s Roundtable and the Athletics and Events Center National Committee. He was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2012.
