The Ithaca College Staff Council advocates for the needs of staff, fosters a positive work environment, and enhances employee benefits through collaboration, communication, and community involvement. We create an atmosphere where staff can make requests and ask questions, generate ideas to improve the workplace, and coordinate activities to boost morale. We act as a liaison between staff and upper administration, providing a channel for communication and collaboration across campus.
