Crissi Dalfonzo

Director, LGBTQ Center, LGBTQ Education, Outreach and Services
Office: Towers Concourse 115, Ithaca, NY 14850

Crissi Dalfonzo (she/her) serves as the Director for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services at Ithaca College. As a queer polyamorous neurodivergent woman, she is excited to share her joy and love for living out loud and hopes to inspire others to embrace their identities unapologetically. Crissi holds a bachelor of fine art from the University of Hartford and a master's of higher education with a concentration in social justice from the University of Maine. While Crissi has a broad array of experience in higher education, working with queer students is where her heart lies. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Director of the LGBT Resource Center at Cornell University for five years. A lifelong educator, first-gen grad, and self-defined "professional queer", Crissi is delighted to have a career that allows her to spend so much of her life in service to the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of work, Crissi is a knitter of 20+ years, an avid foodie, and a lover of all things rainbow, sparkle, and unicorns.
